I was just trying to place an order, which you’d think would be straightforward, but apparently not. The checkout process was confusing, all over the place, and kind of frustrating. I did manage to get through it eventually, so I guess that’s something, but it definitely wasn’t a great experience...

"Really good tour, worth doing"
I had a great time on the distillery tour. The guide was friendly and explained things in a simple, no-fuss way, which I liked. You get to see a bit of how everything works, and then the tasting at the end kind of ties it all together. Nice experience overall, and yeah, I’d go again.

"Nice presentation, but the packaging felt a bit rough"
The box looked decent and the bottle label was really nice, so my first impression was actually good. It had more of a gift-like feel than I expected, which I appreciated.
That said, the outer packaging showed up a little beat up, like it had been passed around a bit before getting to me. There wasn’t much protection inside either. Nothing was damaged, thankfully, but it didn’t feel as neat or secure as I’d hoped. I’d say 3 stars is fair

"Showed up right on time"
My order arrived quickly and exactly when they said it would. It made planning around the delivery really easy, which I appreciated.

"Customer service was fine, just a little slow"
I mean, the customer service wasn’t terrible or anything, so I don’t want to make it sound worse than it was. I did have to wait longer than I expected to hear back, which was a bit annoying, but they did eventually answer and helped sort out my question. It was okay overall, just not exactly quick. Could be better, but it wasn’t bad.

I picked up a bottle after seeing a bunch of people saying good things about it, so maybe my expectations were a bit high. Compared to what others seemed to be enjoying, I just didn’t get it, the taste came across harsh and flat to me, not smooth at all.
For the price, I expected it to feel a lot more special. I’ve had cheaper bottles that I liked more, and this one mostly ended up sitting in the cupboard. Not something I’d rush to buy from Eden Mill again.
